The Paris based electronic musician Flavien Berger composed his first tracks on a Playstation 2.
Berger’s sound and craft have changed significantly ever since. Its been said his first album „Léviathan“ sounds like Gainsbourg, Kraftwerk and Jean-Michel Jarre met at a funfair to make music together.
Very true since Berger masters the lasciviousness of Gainsbourg, the cool groove of Kraftwerk and accoustic overwhelmnigness of Jarre. He interweaves these and other components into a sound which is at the same time very danceable and brain exploding, earning him again the title ‚psychedelic’.
In March Berger will play two shows in Germany in support of his latest album “Contre Temps” released in September.
